I have an Android app built specifically for sales agents who focus on lead generation. The workflow is simple: “connectors” inside the app open conversations that later become prospects, so quality feedback before a public rollout is essential.
What I need from you
• Set up a private, closed-group test track in Google Play Console, invite the tester list I provide and be sure only those accounts have access.
• Walk the build through internal and then external testing, monitoring installs, crashes and user feedback (Firebase Crashlytics, Google Play pre-launch reports or similar tools are fine).
• Once we sign off on stability and UX, move the same build to production and make it live on the Play Store under my developer account, completing store listing assets, content rating and compliance checks.
Acceptance criteria
– Closed test link works for every invited tester and for no one else.
– At least one full testing cycle is completed with a report of crashes, ANRs and user comments.
– The final release is approved by Google and visible on the Play Store.
Source code, keystore and all artwork are ready; I simply need an experienced Play Console hand to drive the release. If this is routine for you, let’s get started right away.
