I already run three tiny single-page sites—https://decide.xpertus.com/, https://search2.xpertus.com/ and https://hire2.xpertus.com/—each paired with its own Google Form. I have set up a new sub-domain, https://doctor.xpertus.com/, and now I simply need the fourth copy brought online.
What I need from you
• Copy one of the existing pages into the doctor sub-domain, preserving the exact layout, styling and behaviour.
• Replace a handful of words so the content refers to “doctor” rather than the previous keyword.
• Duplicate the associated Google Form, make the same wording tweaks, and connect the new form to the page exactly as on the other sites.
• Upload the finished files (HTML, CSS, images, favicon, etc.) and confirm everything renders and submits correctly.
The structure, colours, fonts and responsiveness must remain identical to the original trio; only the text and the embedded form link change. Once complete, send me the page URL and the new form link so I can test. A straightforward, quick task for anyone comfortable with basic HTML/CSS and Google Forms.
