Clone & Redesign Carbus24 Website

I want an exact functional replica of www.carbus24.com built from the ground up, then taken a step further with a major visual overhaul. The structure, pages, search/filter logic, vehicle-listing features, and enquiry forms must all behave exactly as on the original site, but the finished product has to look and feel fresh through a completely new colour palette and modern typography.

I am open to the stack you choose—WordPress, custom PHP/Laravel, React, or another framework—as long as the code is clean, responsive, SEO-friendly, and easy for me to maintain afterward. You will handle everything from cloning the front- and back-end functionality to implementing the redesigned styles, migrating sample data for testing, and deploying the site to my hosting.
