Position: Medical Expert, German (Germany) - AI Training
Type:Contract
Compensation:$120/hour
Location:Remote
Duration:Oct 23 to Nov 19
Commitment:21 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Develop workspaces and files to simulate realistic professional tasks in medicine.
Write prompts and create grading rubrics based on real medical work in Germany.
Evaluate the performance of AI agents in completing professional medical tasks.
Collaborate with AI research teams to refine training data and model outputs.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
Must-Have
5+ years of clinical practice.
Native or fluent in German.
Degree from a top-20 university in Germany.
Licensed physician in Germany (Approbation), ideally Facharzt.
Familiar with AWMF guidelines and GKV practice.
