Clinical Documentation Specialist / Medical Reviewer

We are looking for experienced Clinical Documentation Specialists / Medical QA professionals for quality review of hospital and clinic conversation transcripts. The recordings may include conversations between doctors, patients, nurses, caregivers and other healthcare professionals.
The expert will compare transcripts against the original audio and verify medical terminology, clinical information, speaker identification, medications, dosages, symptoms, procedures and other relevant information. The role requires strong listening ability, clinical understanding and attention to detail.
