Clinic HVAC Design & Specs

I’m planning a full heating-and-cooling HVAC layout for a medium-sized medical/dental clinic with roughly 11-20 rooms. The design must address three distinct zones that carry stricter comfort, filtration, and pressurisation demands: operating rooms, patient rooms, and the main waiting area.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Complete load calculations and equipment sizing for every room, separated by the specialised zones above.
• Schematic ductwork and piping drawings ready for my architect’s REVIT/AutoCAD workflow.
• Ventilation, filtration, and pressure-control details that meet current healthcare guidelines (ASHRAE 170 or local equivalent).
• A concise schedule of recommended equipment—air-handling units, terminal boxes, diffusers, controls—showing performance data and suggested manufacturers.
• A short design brief explaining assumptions, standards used, and any maintenance or commissioning notes the clinic should plan for.

I’ll review the package for accuracy of calculations, code compliance, and clarity of documentation. Once those boxes are ticked, the job is done and paid in full.
