Clinic ERP Platform Development

I need a full-stack partner to design and build a robust Clinic ERP system. The first milestone is a rock-solid patient-management module—patient profiles, medical history, appointment scheduling, consultation notes, and prescription handling—because that is the feature we cannot launch without.

From there, I want the codebase architected so we can plug in additional modules such as billing, pharmacy, inventory, laboratory, and analytics dashboards without major refactoring. Clean, modular design is essential.

Core technical expectations
• Front end in React or Next.js with a modern, responsive UI.
• Back end in either Node.js or Python, exposing well-documented REST APIs.
• Central data layer on PostgreSQL.
• Secure authentication, role-based access control, and audit logging baked in from day one.
• Notification hooks (email/SMS/push) for appointment reminders and critical events.
• Container-ready deployment with CI/CD to a mainstream cloud provider.

Non-functional requirements
• Scalable architecture capable of handling multiple clinics under one tenant.
• GDPR/HIPAA-aware data handling and encryption at rest/in transit.
• Comprehensive test coverage plus developer-facing documentation.

Deliverables
1. Source code in a private Git repo.
2. Deployed staging environment with seeded demo data.
3. Technical documentation covering setup, architecture, and API endpoints.
4. Short hand-off session walking me through deployment and future module integration.
