Clinic AR Caller for Epic

I run a busy outpatient clinic and need an experienced medical AR caller who can jump straight into Epic Systems and keep our revenue cycle moving. Your day-to-day focus will be twofold: first, confirm insurance eligibility and benefits before we see the patient so our front desk has rock-solid information; second, work every denied claim until it is resolved, appealed, or paid.

You should already feel at home inside Epic—navigating coverage inquiry screens, documenting call notes, creating tasks, and tracking denial codes without supervision. Because we are a clinic (not a hospital), most of the payers you will contact are commercial plans and Medicare Advantage, so accuracy and speed on the phone matter.
