Clinic Appointment & Chat App

I want to build a mobile application that lets patients book, reschedule, or cancel appointments with our clinic in just a few taps. The flow is straightforward: browse available slots, confirm a time, and instantly receive a notification. Inside the same app, patients must be able to open a private one-to-one chat with our staff to ask follow-up questions, share files, or clarify instructions before and after their visit.

A simple administrative screen (web or in-app) is required on our side so receptionists can open new time blocks, approve or decline requests, and reply to messages. Push notifications for confirmations, reminders, and chat replies are essential, and calendar integration would be a welcome bonus. Security and patient privacy come first, so the code and data handling need to follow industry best practices and be ready for HIPAA-level compliance.

You are free to propose the most efficient stack—Flutter, React Native, or fully native—as long as the final result runs smoothly on both iOS and Android.

Once the build passes testing (appointment flow, chat encryption, and notification reliability), we can move to launch. I’m ready to get started right away and will provide UI references and clinic data upon kickoff.
