Client Statement & Data Coordinator

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented freelancer to support our quarterly client statement process.

Each month, you'll help us prepare and review financial statements for our client roster. This includes pulling data from multiple sources, populating and updating Excel workbooks, and reviewing everything for accuracy before delivery. The work is process-driven — we have established templates and workflows, so the right person just needs to follow them carefully and flag anything that looks off.

Requirements

-Available during EST business hours (at least partial overlap required)
-Strong attention to detail — this work involves financial data and accuracy matters
-Proficient in Excel
-Clear written communication

-Experience with Shopify and/or QuickBooks Online
-Background in bookkeeping, accounting support, or financial operations
-Experience in music, entertainment, or retail industries
