Client Referral Partner - ADGM Desk Space

Job Title: Freelance Client Referral Partner – ADGM Desk Space | Commission-Based

Venus Business Center is looking for freelance sales professionals and referral partners to bring clients seeking dedicated desk space in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), Abu Dhabi.

This opportunity suits freelancers with connections to entrepreneurs, startups, business setup consultants, and companies looking for ADGM office space.

Your role

* Identify prospective clients interested in ADGM dedicated desk space.
* Introduce qualified prospects to Venus.
* Support follow-ups to help convert referrals into confirmed bookings.

We will provide desk availability, pricing, and relevant information to support your outreach.

Commission structure

Earn a one-time commission on the annual desk lease amount billed and received by Venus:

* 15% commission for bookings at the full listed price.
* 10% commission for bookings with an approved discount of up to 15%.
* 5% flat commission for bookings with an approved discount exceeding 15%.

All discounts require prior approval from Venus. Commission is payable only after the referred client’s booking is confirmed and full payment is received by Venus.

Please note: This is a commission-only opportunity. There is no fixed salary, hourly payment, or payment for unconverted leads.
