I need a polished PowerPoint presentation that will serve as a formal business proposal for our clients. The deck should guide them smoothly from the problem we solve through to pricing and next-step commitments, all while maintaining a clean, executive look that aligns with our brand guidelines.
Here’s what I expect to receive:
• A fully editable .pptx file, professionally designed and ready for client meetings.
• Consistent branding—fonts, colours, logo placement, and imagery that follow our style guide (I’ll supply the assets).
• Concise, persuasive copy on each slide; I will provide raw content, and you can refine wording for clarity and impact without altering factual intent.
• Visuals such as charts, icons, and infographics that replace text-heavy sections wherever possible.
• A brief notes section beneath each slide outlining key talking points.
Acceptance criteria:
1. The overall tone remains formal and client-focused.
2. Slide transitions are smooth and subtle; no distracting animations.
3. Final file passes a quick review for typographical accuracy and layout consistency on both Windows and Mac versions of PowerPoint.
If you have experience preparing investor or sales decks, that background will be valuable here. Let me know your turnaround time and feel free to share one or two relevant samples so I can gauge fit quickly.
