Client Onboarding Virtual Assistant

I’m looking for a reliable VA to streamline the first touchpoints my new clients have with our company. Your core focus will be:

• Sending welcome emails — you’ll draft the message, personalise it for each client, and handle the actual send-out.
• Collecting client information — set up and manage online forms so every detail we require lands neatly in our system.

To make the email experience feel special, I’d like you to create the personalised templates yourself (I’ll provide brand guidelines and past examples for reference). If you already work comfortably with tools such as Gmail, Outlook, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Forms or Typeform, that’s a plus; just let me know which you prefer.
