About the Role:
We are looking for an aggressive, confident, and result-oriented Client Acquisition & Conversion Specialist for our tax and financial advisory firm APEXION BQ TJOHI GLOBAL.
Your main role is to visit local retail markets, jewellers, and SMEs in prime Mumbai hubs (Vashi, Chembur, Dadar, Tardeo, etc.), pitch our monthly GST & Bookkeeping packages, and close paying clients for the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct field outreach to shop owners and business heads.
* Explain our 3-tier GST & Accounting service packages and address client objections.
* Secure monthly/annual service contracts and close the deal.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Hindi, Marathi, English).
* Prior experience in field sales, B2B client acquisition, or local business onboarding.
* Self-driven with a strong target-oriented mindset.
Payout & Payment Terms (STRICT POLICY):
* Success-Based Payout: Payment will be released strictly upon successful client conversion and payment clearance from the onboarded client.
