**Developer Needed for a Cleaning Company Management App (iOS & Android)**
Hi, I’m looking for a developer to build an app for a cleaning company. The app will be used by the administrator and cleaning staff to manage jobs, schedules, communication, working hours, and supplies.
We also need a web-based admin panel to manage everything.
**The app and admin panel must be available in Czech.** English can also be included as an optional language—I’m happy to leave this to your recommendation.
**Main features:**
**1. Calendar and Job Scheduling**
- Schedule one-off and recurring cleaning jobs.
- Assign workers to individual jobs.
- Change assigned workers, dates, and times, or cancel jobs.
- Workers can view their assigned jobs and add notes.
- Only the administrator will manage scheduling and job assignments.
**2. User Accounts and Permissions**
- Separate accounts for the administrator and workers.
- Workers should only have access to information relevant to them.
- I’m open to your recommendations on how to structure access permissions.
**3. Job Photos**
- Workers can upload photos to individual jobs.
- Uploaded photos must only be accessible to the administrator, not to other workers.
**4. Notifications**
- Notifications for new assignments, schedule changes, and messages.
- The exact notification rules can be agreed upon before development.
**5. Properties and Key Tracking**
- Create property records and link cleaning jobs to them.
- Record who currently holds the keys to each property.
**6. In-App Communication**
- Direct messages between users.
- Group chats.

- Track workers’ locations during assigned cleaning jobs.
- Record how long workers spend at each cleaning site.

- Workers can update stock levels and record which items they take from storage and in what quantities.

**10. Platforms, Language, and Administration**
- The app must work on both iOS and Android.
- A web-based admin panel and the necessary backend/API are required.
- Czech is the required language for both the app and the admin panel.
