Clean YouTube Video Editing

I’m producing a series of YouTube videos and want each one to feel polished, steady, and on-brand—no flashy memes or jump-cuts, just clean, professional pacing with sound levels balanced and colour consistent throughout. Raw footage and brand guidelines will be supplied in Google Drive; finished files should come back in 1080p (or higher if the original footage allows) ready for immediate upload, with a separate thumbnail frame exported.

Please tell me about projects you’ve already edited that resemble this style, the tools you normally use (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.), and roughly how long you need per 10-minute video. Experienced editors who can keep a steady release schedule and communicate clearly will fit best.
