I have a customer-database export containing roughly 50,000 addresses that now needs a full clean-up and verification pass. Every record must be tested so that I receive two plain-text files only:
• GOOD.txt – every address that passes all verification checks.
• BAD.txt – every address that fails for any reason (syntax, domain, mailbox, duplicates, invalid characters, etc.).
No Word docs, spreadsheets, or messaging-app dumps—just straightforward .txt files I can drop straight into our ESP. Accuracy and deliverability are the priority, so please use professional-grade tools or APIs (NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, Hunter, or comparable) for syntax, domain, and live mailbox confirmation rather than simple regex filters.
I will consider the job complete when:
1. Both files are delivered in UTF-8 plain text.
2. Totals reconcile to the original 50,000 records.
3. A quick spot-check shows no obvious undetected bounces or formatting issues.
If you’re set up for high-volume email hygiene and can turn this around quickly, let’s talk details and timelines.
Note we have 500,000 ( 450,000 ) more that WILLrequire cleaning and verifying also , later .
We should get 2 lists , one with the good emails in it , and the secons one with the bad names in it, we we do not use , word , excel , messenger etc etc, the finished work should be sent to us in plain text as an attachment .
