Clean Vector Redraw for Merchandise

I have a single artwork that currently exists only as a raster image. I need it completely redrawn into clean, fully-scalable vectors so it can be dropped straight onto a T-shirt press without any fuzziness or colour shifts.

The final piece should follow a minimalist treatment—nothing extra added—while preserving every original hue exactly as it appears now. File size can stay modest; what matters is razor-sharp edges, smooth curves and faithful colours when it heads to print.

Please rebuild the art in Adobe Illustrator (or comparable software) and supply the files below:

• Editable vector source (AI, EPS or PDF) with layers intact
• SVG optimised for web previews and smaller merchandise templates

I’ll sign off once the vector matches the raster image pixel-for-pixel in shape, colour values and alignment, and scales cleanly to at least 12 inches wide with no artefacts.
