Clean PDFs into Editable Word

I have a batch of PDFs that need to be turned into fully editable Word documents. The originals are mostly plain text with a handful of headings, so there are no tricky tables or multi-column layouts to worry about. Once the text is in Word I need two specific editing passes: first, the overall layout should be tidied up so paragraphs, headings, and spacing follow a consistent style; second, certain lines must be removed or added exactly as I indicate in the notes that accompany each file.

I’ll supply:
• The source PDFs
• A brief change list for each file (lines to delete, phrases to insert, simple layout pointers)

You’ll return:
• A separate .docx for every PDF, preservation of page order, headings styled with Word’s built-in heading levels, and all requested text changes applied
• Files saved in Word 2019-compatible format

Accuracy is essential—no stray line breaks or lost characters. Feel free to rely on Adobe Acrobat, OCR tools, or any preferred software, as long as the final docs open cleanly in Microsoft Word and are ready for further editing on my end.
