Clean PDF-to-Word Conversion

I have a text-only PDF that I need converted into an editable Word document. Every word must transfer accurately, but just as important, the hierarchy of headings and subheadings in the original file has to stay intact so the document remains easy to navigate. I also want the finished file to mirror the PDF’s font choices as closely as Word allows, rather than switching to generic defaults.

Please pay close attention to stray line breaks, extra spaces, and any other artifacts that sometimes creep in during conversions—I need a clean, publication-ready file.
