Clean PDF Text Conversion

I have a set of PDFs that consist almost entirely of straight text. I need every page converted so the wording is fully editable in Word while still echoing the original layout—headings, paragraphs, basic spacing, and any emphasis must be recognisable, but I do not need a pixel-perfect replica.

Alongside the Word file, I also want an Excel workbook that mirrors the document structure: each major heading in its own row, followed by the associated text in the next cell. This gives me a quick way to filter or repurpose sections later.

Deliverables
• Word document: clean, spell-checked text with comparable hierarchy and styling to the source PDF.
• Excel workbook: two columns (Heading | Content) containing the same material, ready for sorting and additional editing.

Accuracy is key—no missing words, OCR artefacts, or scrambled characters. If you use tools like Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, or similar, that’s fine as long as the final files open flawlessly in Microsoft Word and Excel 2019 or later. I’ll review by running a side-by-side check against the originals; anything off will need adjusting before sign-off.
