Clean Mixed Data in Spreadsheet

I have a spreadsheet—available in both Excel and Google Sheets—that contains a mix of text and numeric fields. I need every row reviewed, cleaned, and standardized so downstream reporting is consistent and error-free.

What I expect:
• Remove duplicates, stray spaces, and obvious entry errors
• Align text case and naming conventions where applicable
• Validate numeric columns, correcting mis-typed symbols or misplaced separators
• Flag any records that look ambiguous rather than guessing

Please preserve existing formulas and sheet structure; just focus on the raw cell content. Once the pass is complete, return the cleaned file along with a brief change log (a second sheet is fine) summarizing what was adjusted or flagged.
