Clean Corporate Step & Repeat

I need a fresh, minimalist step-and-repeat backdrop designed for an upcoming corporate event. The wall will be photographed constantly, so the layout has to feel clean and refined while keeping all logos perfectly legible from several camera distances.

Here is what I already know: the look must stay minimalist and clean—no heavy textures, ornate frames, or loud colors. White or very light background with our primary logo and a secondary sponsor logo arranged in an even grid is what I have in mind, but I’m open to subtle tweaks that keep the overall feel professional. Dimensions are 10 ft × 8 ft (standard), though I’ll confirm final print specs with the vendor the moment we get started.

Deliverables I expect:
• Print-ready PDF set to CMYK with 2 in bleed
• Source file in Illustrator (vector) so my printer can scale if needed
• A quick proof image (JPEG) at web resolution for internal approvals

If you work in Adobe Illustrator or similar vector software and have experience preparing large-format graphics for print, this will be a straightforward, fast-turn project. Turnaround within three days would be perfect so we can sign off and get it to the printer with time to spare.
