Senior Claude / Agentic AI Architect for Swiss SME
We are a small Swiss company looking for an experienced Claude / Agentic AI specialist to support us in building an AI-driven working environment.
Our goal is not traditional workflow automation. We want to use Claude and AI agents as digital team members across Sales, Operations, Booking, Marketing and Management.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a senior freelancer who can advise, design and implement, while enabling us to understand and manage the system ourselves over time.
Strong experience in:
- Claude and the Anthropic ecosystem
- Claude Code
- AI Agents / Agentic AI
- Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Anthropic API and tool calling
- AI agent architecture
- Knowledge management / RAG
- Microsoft 365 and SharePoint integration
- APIs, OAuth and system integrations
- Human-in-the-loop workflows and approval processes
- Security, permissions and access management
- Python and/or TypeScript
Experience working with small and medium-sized businesses is highly valued.
We are particularly interested in someone who understands business processes and practical implementation, not only software development.
Our environment
Our current systems include:
Microsoft 365 / SharePoint, Outlook, Claude, TrekkSoft, bexio, Brevo and Wix.
The objective is to make Claude our central AI workspace and gradually develop specialised agents for:
Sales - Operations - Booking - Marketing - Management
Where possible, we want to use Claude's native capabilities before introducing additional automation platforms or unnecessary custom software.
Working approach
We are looking for a long-term sparring partner and AI architect, rather than an agency-style implementation.
The first step would be a small paid pilot project. If the collaboration works well, we would gradually expand the system together.
An important part of the assignment is knowledge transfer. The company owner wants to understand the architecture and eventually be able to create, modify and manage many of the agents independently.
We therefore value someone who is comfortable building with us, not just for us.
Location & Language
Preferred location, in this order:
Switzerland -> Germany -> Austria -> other European countries
Remote collaboration is absolutely possible.
German language skills are a significant advantage, but not mandatory for an outstanding candidate. English is required.
Ideal profile
