I have a team preparing to build a Claude-powered chatbot that can answer questions directly from our in-house database—structured data that currently lives in spreadsheets and SQL tables. We only need expert guidance at this stage, so I’d like to schedule a single 20-minute audio or video call with someone who has already implemented Claude on large datasets.

During the call we want to:

• Discuss recommended retrieval strategies so users receive accurate answers drawn from our spreadsheets and database tables
• Map out a clear, step-by-step plan my developers can follow to build, test, and iterate on the chatbot after the session
