I’m looking to present my client with a cohesive, classically inspired interior scheme that runs seamlessly through the living room, all bedrooms, and the kitchen. The brief is to evoke timeless elegance while keeping the atmosphere light and airy with a palette rooted in soft pastel shades.

You’ll begin with concept development—mood-boards, precedent imagery, and material samples that capture a refined classical look without feeling dated. Once the overall direction is approved, we’ll move into detailed spatial planning and 3D visuals so the client can experience each room before any purchasing decisions are made. Precise furniture specifications, lighting plans, and decorative details (mouldings, trims, fixtures) should all align with the classical theme and pastel colour story.

To keep the project organised, please deliver:

• Concept mood-board and colour palette
• Scaled floor plans with furniture layouts (living room, bedrooms, kitchen)
• 3D renders or high-quality visuals for each space
• A curated shopping/specification list with supplier links and pricing
• Final styling guide to ensure on-site execution matches the design intent

All files can be shared in PDF for presentation, plus editable source formats (DWG/SketchUp/3ds Max or equivalent) so we can hand them straight to contractors. Clear communication is essential—weekly progress checkpoints will help us stay on track and give my client confidence in every decision.
