Civil 3D & Revit Specialist

I run a fast-growing civil engineering startup and need a reliable specialist who can jump straight into Autodesk Civil 3D work while also handling Revit-based BIM coordination.

Scope of work
You will take charge of three core areas:
• Site planning and parcel layout
• Terrain modeling and grading, with an emphasis on detailed 3D surface modeling
• Roads, corridors, and pressurized or gravity pipe networks

Because many of our projects transition into full multidisciplinary BIM packages, you also need solid experience coordinating MEP/HVAC systems inside Revit.

Expected deliverables
• Civil 3D drawings and models for grading plans, road alignments, corridors, and pipe networks
• Accurate 3D terrain surfaces and cut/fill reports suitable for quantity take-offs
• Revit models that integrate our civil data and maintain clash-free MEP/HVAC elements

Timeline & commitment
The first assignments roll out around 1 November and I’m looking for someone who can commit to full-time hours long term if the collaboration works well.
