Civil 3D Land Development Drawings

I need a meticulous AutoCAD / Civil 3D professional to turn my written parameters into a full set of land-development drawings. Because I don’t have any existing survey or base file, you’ll be starting from a clean slate and building the model yourself before producing clear, construction-ready 2D sheets.

Please include the following deliverables:
• Grading plans showing spot elevations, contours, and cut-fill call-outs
• Utility layouts for water, sewer, and storm lines with profiles where applicable
• Erosion control plans that meet standard BMP guidelines

I will supply the dimensional requirements, design criteria, and any local code references at kickoff. All work must be neat, layer-organized, and delivered in both DWG and print-ready PDF. Timely progress updates and a round of revisions after my review are expected so we can lock everything down efficiently.
