Freelance Job Posting: City-Based Social + Email Lead Generation

We’re looking to hire a freelancer (or team) to generate a large set of city-based contact leads from a list of cities we provide.
Goal

Create up to 100,000 leads from or near the cities listed by the client, with the minimum required contact details.
Minimum Required Fields (Must Have)

For each lead, provide:

Facebook page URL (required)
Email address (required)

Optional / Extra Fields (Nice to Have)

If available, also include:

Phone number
Instagram URL/handle
TikTok URL/handle

City Constraint (Important)

Leads must be from the city or near the city (as determined by public-facing information and your agreed definition of “near”). Only include leads that can be reasonably tied to the city/area via what’s publicly stated by the lead.

If city fit is unclear, exclude the lead.
Data Source Expectations

Use publicly available sources to find the official Facebook page and the email, typically from:

The Facebook page “About” / contact details
Links on the Facebook page that lead to a website or ordering/contact page
The lead’s official website contact page

Output Format

Deliver the results in a spreadsheet (Google Sheets or Excel) with columns like:

City
Lead Name
Facebook Page URL (required)
Email (required)
Phone (optional)
Instagram (optional)
TikTok (optional)
City-fit note / evidence (optional but recommended)

Requirements

Strong web research / data sourcing skills
Ability to compile and clean large datasets
High accuracy and consistent formatting
Comfort working toward very high volume targets
