I’m refreshing my shop’s identity and need a clean, modern logo that instantly communicates professionalism. The business is called “City Car Garage,” and I want the mark to pair a straightforward icon with the name itself—nothing busy, just a sleek symbol that sits naturally beside or above the text.
Color palette: blue and black only. Please explore tones that reproduce crisply on coated business-card stock and small printed inserts.
Primary use will be print (business cards, flyers, service tags), so the artwork must hold sharp detail at 300 DPI and scale down gracefully. If the concept also reads well on signage or web headers, that’s a bonus, but print clarity comes first.
Key points to hit:
• Combination icon + wordmark
• Modern, simple styling—no gradients or over-complex shapes
• Conveys professionalism more than playfulness or techiness
Deliverables (vector preferred):
1. Editable AI or EPS file
2. High-res PNG with transparent background
3. PDF ready for print (CMYK)
4. One monochrome version for stamps and single-color jobs
I’ll give prompt feedback on sketches, and final approval will follow once the print tests look perfect.
