Cinematic Video Edit with Effects

I have raw footage that needs to be transformed into a polished cinematic piece. I’m looking for a skilled video editor who can:

• Cut and arrange the clips into a compelling story arc
• Apply rich color grading that sets the right mood and matches scenes consistently
• Layer tasteful special effects—think subtle particles, light leaks, or atmospheric elements that elevate the visuals without overpowering them
• Incorporate smooth, purposeful transitions that keep the pacing tight and professional

Audio is already mixed, so your focus remains purely on the visual side. The final deliverable should be a high-resolution master (4K ProRes or comparable) plus an HD H.264 version ready for online posting.
