Cinematic Vegas Real Estate Drone

Hey! I’m looking to build a large library of Las Vegas drone B-roll that I can reuse for my real estate YouTube, social media, website, and marketing.
I have a list of 50+ locations around Summerlin, Henderson, Southwest Vegas, luxury communities, golf courses, the Strip, and other Vegas landmarks.
I’m mainly looking for raw 4K footage — no editing needed. Ideally, I’d like 2–3 clean cinematic clips per location, around 8–12 seconds each. Things like slow push-ins, street glides, rise & reveals, pullbacks, parallax, overhead/top-down shots, and occasional orbits. I have a filming guide with examples I can send you as well.
I’m also open to licensing footage you’ve already shot if you have a good Vegas drone library. I’d just need ongoing commercial usage rights so I can reuse it across my content and marketing.
Since this is a pretty large list, I’m looking to see what kind of package/bulk pricing you could offer rather than treating every clip as a separate shoot.
