Cinematic Travel Video Editing

I have a collection of raw clips from my recent trip and I’d like them transformed into a cinematic travel story that flows naturally to a carefully chosen soundtrack. The finished video should feel as if it belongs on a travel channel—smooth pacing, thoughtful transitions, tasteful effects, and colour grading that brings each location to life while syncing key moments to the beat of the music.

To help me choose the right editor, please share links to past work that best demonstrates your experience with cinematic travel videos. If your reel shows how you match visuals to music and craft a narrative rather than a simple chronological montage, it will stand out.

You’ll receive the source footage in its original resolution along with a rough outline of the trip. Once we agree on the overall tone and length, I’ll rely on you to handle:

• Selecting or recommending royalty-free music
• Editing, trimming, and sequencing for story flow
• Colour grading and basic sound balancing
• A final export suitable for online sharing (MP4 or similar) and, if possible, the project file

If you’ve produced travel edits that made viewers feel they were right there, I’d love to see them. Looking forward to collaborating on this.
