Cinematic Slow-Motion Dance Edits

I have several dance performances that need to feel as fluid and dramatic on screen as they did on stage. The edit must lean into a smooth cinematic slow motion with music beats, so every glide, pop, and spin lands perfectly on-beat.
You will receive the raw clips (4K, 60 fps and 120 fps mixed takes) plus the mastered audio track. I want the finished piece to breathe: graceful ramp-downs in speed rather than abrupt frame drops, tasteful motion blur or optical-flow interpolation when it helps, and color that compliments skin tones and stage lighting. Subtle sound design flourishes—whooshes, impacts, or reverb tails—are welcome as long as they never drown the music.
Because the choreography differs from song to song, I’m open to your editorial call on which moments stay real-time versus slow-mo; just be sure the hero moves and key poses get that immersive treatment. If you spot gaps, propose creative b-roll, speed ramps, or light text overlays.
Deliverables:
• Final edited video in a high-quality master (ProRes or DNx)
• One social-ready compressed version (H.264) matching the master’s aspect ratio
• Project file with all effects intact for future tweaks
I’ll share a download link to the footage once we kick off, and I’m aiming for a first cut within a week. Let me know which NLE or plugins you prefer so I can match versions if needed.
