Cinematic Reels & Shorts Editing photo editing

I’m looking for a video-savvy creative who can turn raw vertical clips into eye-catching Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Every edit should feel cinematic—smooth cuts, tight beat-syncs, tasteful transitions, and just enough motion graphics or light leaks to give the footage that “big screen” polish while still keeping it snappy and on-trend for short-form viewers.

Scope of work
• Receive clips (usually under one minute each) along with a brief note on mood, music, and any must-keep moments.
• Edit in CapCut, VN, or the NLE you’re most comfortable with—as long as the final export is crisp, 1080×1920, and ready to post.
• Balance quick pacing with storytelling: hook in the first two seconds, dynamic sequencing throughout, a clear CTA/end-card, and audio levels that punch without clipping.
• Deliver the finished file plus an editable project file so small tweaks can be made later if needed.
