Cinematic Real Estate Video Creation

I'm seeking a skilled video editor to produce cinematic storytelling videos for residential real estate properties. The videos will feature aerial drone shots, interior and exterior footage with a mix of general views, camera motions and detail shots.

Projects will be created populated with 1080/8bit h264 proxies in Blackmagic cloud ready for editing in DaVinci Resolve. Final renders will be done at our end.

Deliverables will usually be 60-90 sec videos with occasional 2-3 min versions. There will be ongoing work for the right freelancer.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in video editing in Davinci Resolve
- Ability to create engaging, cinematic narratives including:
* appropriate music licensed for commercial use
* stabilised footage
* speed ramps
* tracked, animated boundary lines
* tracked property and POI markers
* transitions timed to the music beats
* Intro and outro titles, POI and property markers that match the client's branding
* Colour grading DJI DLog and Cannon CLog3 footage

Experience in animating virtually staged photos with close attention to accurate representation of the property (no AI hallucinations or inventions) would also be highly regarded
