## Project Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI video production company, cinematic documentary filmmaker, or professional video production team to create a premium-quality, approximately 39-minute corporate documentary titled:

**STRATICA OS – POWERED BY AFSPL: THE EVOLUTION OF TRADE. THE FUTURE OF FMCG DISTRIBUTION.**

The documentary will explain the evolution of trade from prehistoric human survival and barter systems to modern FMCG distribution networks, highlighting India's economic opportunities and introducing STRATICA OS as a vision for the future of organised distribution.

The primary objective is to educate, inspire, and emotionally connect with aspiring Indian entrepreneurs who want to explore FMCG distribution as a business opportunity.

This must be a complete cinematic documentary, not a short promotional advertisement or presentation.

## Documentary Structure

The documentary will follow 13 chapters across approximately 39 minutes.

### Chapter 1: The Stone Age – The Beginning of Survival
Show prehistoric humans hunting, collecting food, sharing resources, and forming communities. Explain how human needs and cooperation created the foundation of commerce and exchange.

### Chapter 2: The Barter System and the Evolution of Money
Explore ancient Indian markets, grain exchanges, cattle, pottery, clothing, merchants, and the emergence of money. Explain the limitations of barter and the development of commercial transactions.

### Chapter 3: The Evolution of Markets
Show traditional Indian bazaars, farmers, merchants, bullock carts, wholesale markets, and retail shops. Explain how trading networks connected producers and consumers.

### Chapter 4: Industrialisation
Present the Industrial Revolution, factories, steam engines, manufacturing processes, packaging, and mass production. Explain why organised distribution became essential.

### Chapter 5: The Birth of FMCG
Introduce everyday products such as soap, toothpaste, shampoo, groceries, beverages, and detergents. Explain FMCG purchasing patterns and the importance of distribution.

### Chapter 6: Globalisation
Show international ports, cargo ships, transportation, warehouses, logistics, and global supply chains. Explain how technology and international trade transformed distribution.

### Chapter 7: India's FMCG Market and Economic Opportunity
Present Indian cities, rural markets, manufacturing facilities, retailers, warehouses, and distribution networks.

Include verified economic statistics covering Indian GDP, FMCG market size, employment, livelihoods, and distribution opportunities. Use credible sources such as MOSPI and IBEF. Clearly distinguish FMCG market sales from GDP contribution and avoid unsupported employment or income claims.

### Chapter 8: How FMCG Distribution Works
Explain the complete supply chain:

MANUFACTURER → DISTRIBUTOR → WHOLESALER / RETAILER → CONSUMER.

Demonstrate procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, retailer acquisition, logistics, credit management, margins, collections, and market expansion.

### Chapter 9: The Entrepreneur's Journey
Introduce Ravi, a fictional Indian entrepreneur representing aspiring business owners.

Show Ravi exploring entrepreneurship, discussing financial responsibilities with his family, researching markets, visiting retail shops, and considering FMCG distribution.

Explain his challenges in identifying manufacturers, selecting products, investing capital, building retailer relationships, and establishing a distribution network.

### Chapter 10: Introducing STRATICA OS – POWERED BY AFSPL
Create a premium cinematic brand reveal introducing STRATICA OS.

Explain the vision of building an organised, connected, and efficient distribution ecosystem connecting manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and entrepreneurs.

Use actual STRATICA OS software demonstrations and authentic interface screenshots supplied by AFSPL. Do not invent software features or demonstrate functionality that has not been verified.

### Chapter 11: Building Your Own FMCG Distribution Business
Continue Ravi's journey as he studies demand, selects product categories, approaches manufacturers, establishes a warehouse, develops retailer relationships, delivers orders,
