Cinematic Family Video Editing

I'm looking for a skilled video editor to create two cinematic family videos. Each video will be 10-15 minutes long, combining short iPhone clips with smooth transitions, background music, and layered voice notes. The goal is to achieve an elegant, cinematic feel similar to a wedding video (example: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=9P1lPcHtZO8&ra=m).

Key requirements:
- Elegant and cinematic feel
- Clean transitions
- Background music
- Overlaid voice messages from kids (filtering out other background noise)
- Proper formatting for compatibility with The Motion Books (https://themotionbooks.com/)

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Strong sense of cinematic aesthetics
- Experience with family or personal videos
- Attention to detail and creativity
