I have 11 raw drone clips of a rural estate that need to be shaped into a single 60–75 second showcase. The finished piece must feel clear and informative while still carrying a premium, cinematic polish.

Here’s what I’m after:
• Shot selection: pick the strongest aerial moments to build a logical flow from wide establishing views down to key buildings and landscape features.
• Smooth sequencing & colour grade: seamless cuts, gentle speed-ramps when useful, and a cohesive cinematic LUT applied for consistent skies and greenery.
• Map-based graphics: overlay the exact property boundary, land size, and access roads. I’ll supply satellite imagery, shapefiles, and a reference map so you can trace accurately.
• Annotations: tasteful labels for nearby towns, roads, and landmarks plus lower-thirds for the property name, location, and headline stats.
• Motion graphics & text: clean, modern typography that never distracts from the visuals.
• Music & mix: license or supply an unobtrusive, royalty-free track, then balance natural ambience with the soundtrack.

Deliverable
• 1920 × 1080 MP4, 25 fps, 60–75 seconds, ready for web and social.
• One export with graphics burned-in, plus a clean version (no text) for future reuse.

Acceptance criteria
1. All three focus areas—boundaries & land size, road access/landmarks, and views/buildings—are clearly showcased.
2. Graphics align precisely with the supplied map data.
3. Visual tone remains cinematic yet information-forward, matching the sample reference I’ll share.

If your portfolio already features real-estate, architectural, or drone edits with map call-outs, I’d love to see them. Looking forward to collaborating on a polished aerial presentation.
