Cinematic 3D animated website for marketing agency — full redesign welcome

I have a fully built marketing agency site for Digital Pillars — copy, layout, and CSS/HTML/JS are done. Live here: https://comfy-crepe-8a2ac0.netlify.app.

The problem: a previous freelancer used AI image generation to bolt on some visuals, and it looks exactly like that — pasted-in AI images rather than an integrated scene. I need the opposite: cinematic, custom-feeling 3D environments — see the attached moodboard for the exact visual target: full-bleed 3D/rendered backgrounds with a single strong hero object, glassmorphic dashboard-style UI cards floating inside the scene, thin high-contrast type, one accent color against near-black, and small "live-feeling" data widgets (charts, percentages, counters).

You're welcome to design this from scratch rather than building on the current site — I'm not attached to the existing layout or code. The only fixed constraints: the brand name Digital Pillars stays, and the services need to be present and properly expanded (see below). If you pitch a new design, show me why it's stronger.

On the services/copy:

I don't have a rigid final list of every service we offer. What's currently on the site covers Meta/paid social ad campaigns, helping clients build out their social media presence, potentially building websites for clients, and general consulting. I want each service properly expanded into its own clickable destination (a dedicated section or page per service, not just a hover card) that a visitor can navigate to directly. Take what's loosely there, expand it, and write it in a polished, professional, agency-grade tone. If you see a more logical way to group or present the services, suggest it.

Additional features to build in:

A small AI assistant button (corner of the screen) that opens a lightweight FAQ-style widget with a set of pre-loaded questions (e.g. "What services do you offer?", "How do I get started?", "What's your typical turnaround?") that the visitor clicks rather than typing freely — sleek and minimal, matching the rest of the aesthetic, not a generic chat-bubble template
A polished testimonials/reviews section — clean cards or carousel, consistent with the glassmorphic style used elsewhere on the site

What I need built:

A hero-level 3D/cinematic scene with a clear focal object, in the reference style shown in the moodboard
Floating glass UI cards with real or realistic-looking data (metrics, mini charts) integrated into the 3D scene, not overlaid as flat images
Idle/ambient motion so the scene feels alive at rest (particle drift, subtle light movement) plus a staggered hero entrance on load
Scroll-triggered choreography: sections rising with perspective/stagger, parallax at different depths, content sliding in from alternating directions
Micro-interactions: cursor-reactive card tilt, magnetic CTA buttons, hover response under 300ms

Performance & compatibility:

The site needs to run smoothly and load quickly on both desktop and mobile, including on ordinary phones and connections, not just high-end devices — no lag, stutter, or long load times. That said, I don't want performance optimisation to come at the cost of visual quality: the goal is a site that's both genuinely lightweight/efficient under the hood and visually top-tier, not a stripped-back version to hit a number. If there's ever a real trade-off between the two, raise it with me rather than quietly simplifying the design.

Please don't apply if the plan is AI-generated images pasted onto the layout — I've already paid for that once and it didn't work.

One honest note on budget: I could follow tutorials and attempt this myself, but I'd rather pay someone who does this professionally and get it right the first time — this is also a new, small studio rather than an agency with a big production budget, so the rate reflects that stage, not the value I place on the work. If this goes well there's a steady pipeline of similar client sites coming.
