I'm looking for a social media expert to enhance our church's presence and increase community engagement on Facebook and Instagram.

Key Requirements:
- Create and schedule engaging posts
- Develop a content calendar
- Monitor and respond to comments/messages
- Use analytics to track growth and engagement

Our church, Life 425. Church, is a multi-generational community with a focus on young adults. We are known as 'The Weeknight Church,' offering Wednesday night services for those who can't attend on Sundays. Our slogan is 'Where faith meets life.'

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven track record in social media management
- Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram algorithms
- Excellent communication and content creation skills
- Experience in the religious/community sector is a plus
