Church Plan Permit Submission

My new-build church drawings have already been reviewed and certified, yet they still need to reach the Oklahoma State Fire Marshal in the exact format that office expects before a building permit can be issued. I want a code-savvy professional to step in at this final stage, put every sheet and supporting document in order, complete the State’s application forms, and act as my point of contact with the Fire Marshal until the plans are officially logged.

What I have
• A full, stamped set of architectural and MEP plans that passed a prior professional review.
• Digital copies (PDF/CAD) plus hard-copy prints that can be shipped on request.

Where I need help
• Verifying that every required form, checklist and calculation is present—or letting me know quickly if something is missing. I am not 100 % certain we already have every piece.
• Accurately filling out the submittal package, including occupancies, egress counts, fire-protection notes and any NFPA citations Oklahoma requires.
• Packaging the files so page order, naming conventions and digital signatures meet the Fire Marshal’s intake standards.
• Emailing, uploading or physically delivering the packet, and following up with the reviewer for any clarifications until acceptance is confirmed.

Key expectations
• Solid familiarity with Oklahoma building and fire codes, especially those referenced by the State Fire Marshal’s office.
• Clear, prompt communication—keep me copied on all correspondence so I can track progress.
• Turnaround inside two weeks once you receive my plan set, unless the agency itself imposes delays.

Deliverables
• Completed permit application forms (PDF and editable copy).
• Final, submission-ready plan set arranged to State specifications.
• Written confirmation (email or letter) that the Fire Marshal has accepted the package for review.
