Church Door Installation Permit

Need the attached CAD drawing and documents reviewed and sealed in order to install custom wooden church doors. The submissions are for a permit with the City of Tampa. Previous work was done by an engineer in GA, but they don't have the certificate services required by City of Tampa to submit.
