Chinese-English Phone Support VA

I need a fluent Chinese-English virtual assistant who can answer inbound and outbound phone calls for my UK-based business. Your sole focus will be customer support: picking up the phone, greeting callers warmly, and giving clear, accurate product information in either language.

You will log every call in our CRM, note common questions, and email me a concise daily summary so we can keep improving our FAQs. A quiet workspace, reliable internet, and a soft-phone setup (Zoiper, RingCentral, or similar) are essential, as is confident spoken English and Mandarin. Prior experience handling product queries for e-commerce or manufacturing lines will help you hit the ground running.
