Chinese-English Bilingual Virtual Assistant | Marketing & Customer Support (UK Business)

We are a private dental clinic based in London, UK, looking for a proactive and reliable bilingual assistant to support our marketing, customer communication and daily operations.

This is a long-term remote opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems and using modern tools to improve efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and preferably be able to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin), as this will make internal communication easier. Candidates can be based anywhere, including the UK, China or other countries.

We are especially interested in candidates who are comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve productivity, organise information, create content and streamline workflows.

Main Responsibilities

* Responding to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, TikTok, Instagram and other platforms
* Following up with potential clients and supporting the customer journey from enquiry to booking
* Preparing professional customer replies and improving communication templates
* Supporting social media marketing activities, including content research, ideas and organisation
* Helping manage customer information, spreadsheets and internal documents
* Assisting with daily administrative tasks and improving business processes
* Using AI tools (such as ChatGPT and similar platforms) to improve efficiency, create drafts, summarise information and support decision-making
* Supporting other marketing and operational tasks as the business grows

Requirements

* Excellent written and spoken English skills (essential)
* Mandarin Chinese communication skills preferred for easier internal communication
* Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT is highly preferred
* Able to use AI tools effectively to improve work efficiency, not just basic copy and paste
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Good communication skills and professional customer service attitude
* Comfortable using online tools such as WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and social media platforms
* Previous experience in customer service, sales, marketing, social media or administration is a plus
* Reliable, organised and able to work independently

Working Arrangement

This is a flexible remote position. Working hours will depend on business needs and workload.

Initially, tasks will be assigned on a flexible basis, with the possibility of increasing responsibilities and hours over time for the right candidate.
