Chinese Account Manager for Cross-Border Funds

I need a native Chinese professional who is already living in Europe or North America to oversee our cross-border cash flow. Your primary duty will be to coordinate every outbound payment from China through fully licensed banks or payment providers and land the funds safely in the United Kingdom, European Union countries, and the United States.

You should already be comfortable working with regulated payment platforms, understanding their onboarding, settlement cycles, and basic compliance checks. I will supply the underlying invoices and supporting paperwork; you will handle the practical side—submitting transfer requests, tracking their status, and confirming receipt with the destination accounts.

Clear, same-day communication is essential, as most transfers are time-sensitive. Although you are not expected to draft full AML documentation, you must recognise red flags and know when additional information is required by the provider so that nothing stalls.

Deliverables I expect:
• Confirmed transfers completed on the agreed date, referenced for easy reconciliation
• A brief weekly summary of amounts moved, fees incurred, and any pending issues
• Prompt updates whenever a bank or PSP requests supplemental information
