China 3ML Peptide Sourcing

My goal is to secure a reliable source for 3 ml liquid peptide cartridges in China intended for commercial sale. I will be ordering well over 500 units per run, so consistency of supply and the ability to scale are just as important as cost.

While I do not require formal ISO or GMP certification, the product must still meet standard laboratory-grade quality expectations and arrive with a clear certificate of analysis. Transparent communication, quick sample turnaround, and realistic lead times are critical; I would like to see pilot samples shipped within two weeks of initial contact so we can move straight into bulk ordering once quality is confirmed.

Deliverables I expect from you
• A vetted shortlist of at least three Chinese manufacturers or trading companies able to supply 3 ml liquid peptide cartridges at my stated volume.
• A comparative sheet detailing MOQ, unit price at 500-, 1 000- and 5 000-unit tiers, lead times, shipping options (DAP preferred), and payment terms.
• Confirmation of each supplier’s willingness to provide a small sample batch (10 cartridges or fewer) and their estimated cost for that sample.
• Your assessment of each supplier’s responsiveness, production capacity, and any past export history you can verify.

Acceptance criteria
• At least one supplier on the shortlist must agree to produce and ship a pilot batch within two weeks.
• Pricing for 500-unit orders should be competitive with current market averages and leave room for margin on resale.
• All information—names, emails, phone numbers, and factory addresses—must be verifiable.
