Important: All content must be original or properly licensed. No copying or plagiarism is allowed. If AI is used to create any content, the freelancer must disclose which content is AI-generated or AI-assisted. I require a written declaration confirming the originality/source of the content.

Upon full payment, I require all transferable IP/copyright and commercial rights to the custom-created work, including the right to modify, reproduce, publish, distribute, rebrand, license and commercially resell the product. The freelancer must not resell or redistribute the completed custom product.

All fonts, images, illustrations and other assets must have appropriate commercial-use rights.
