Child Speech Therapy Sessions

I represent EchoSoul (www.echosoul.co.in) and I’m searching for a qualified speech-language pathologist to run ongoing therapy sessions for children who present primarily with speech delay. I already have assessments in hand; what I need now is consistent, evidence-based intervention that helps each child reach age-appropriate speech milestones.

Scope
• Design an individualised therapy plan rooted in best-practice techniques for speech-delay intervention.
• Deliver engaging, child-friendly sessions at a cadence we agree on—online or in person, whichever proves most practical.
• Keep concise session notes and provide periodic progress updates that parents can easily understand and implement at home.
• Coordinate with our in-house team so goals and materials remain aligned with the wider EchoSoul programme.

Tools & Approach
Feel free to employ the platforms, digital AAC tools, or worksheet generators you prefer; I’m open as long as they suit young learners and demonstrate clear progress.

Deliverables
1. Written therapy roadmap for each new enrolment.
2. Daily basis session logs.
3. A brief monthly summary highlighting gains, challenges, and next-step recommendations.

Acceptance Criteria
A child is considered “on track” when intelligibility improves by one clarity level on a recognised scale (e.g., PCC) within three months of consistent sessions, as confirmed by your documented data.
