Chief Architect Floor Plan Visuals

I have a residential floor plan drafted in Chief Architect X18 and I need it turned into clean, presentation-ready artwork. You’ll receive the original .plan file as well as my previous Illustrator and Photoshop working files so you can see the exact graphic style I’m after.

• In Chief Architect: switch the relevant layers on or off, tweak line weights, and drop in the furniture so the drawing reads clearly.
• Export that view and reorganise everything in Adobe Illustrator—each architectural element on a tidy, named layer.
• Hand the file off to Photoshop for final colouring and sizing.

The finished images must be optimised in three sets: high-resolution CMYK for print, lighter RGB for the website, and cropped versions that pop on social media.

Deliverables
1. Updated .plan file with layers, line weights, and furniture correctly set.
2. Layered .AI master file, fully organised.
3. Three Photoshop exports: print-ready, web-optimised, and social-media sizes (PNG or JPG as appropriate).

If you’ve already produced floor-plan illustrations in Chief Architect and polished them through Illustrator/Photoshop, this should feel familiar. Accuracy in line work, consistent graphic style, and efficient file sizes will be my acceptance criteria.

I have about 10 plans (some with 2 floor levels) please provide a quote per floor level.
